En la comunicación se deberán indicar los números de referencia de las obras en las que tenga interés. También puede hacer sus pedidos o consultas por medio de correo a las señas que aparecen en esta página web. 

·                    A la recepción del pedido, se contestará lo antes posible (prácticamente siempre en el mismo día) enviando una relación detallada de los artículos que se tenga en existencia con sus precios actuales más los gastos de envío y señalándose la forma del pago del pedido.  Será preceptivo recibir conformidad y aceptación del pedido y de su importe total para realizar el envío. 

·                    El plazo de salida del pedido  será normalmente de forma inmediata, con una demora máxima de 5 días, salvo en épocas especiales, como pueden ser las Campàñas de Navidad o la época de Vacaciones. 

Los envíos viajan por cuenta y riesgo del comprador.

                 ENVÍOS A ESPAÑA 

·                    La forma normal de envío será por correo a reembolso de su valor más gastos de envío. Si el peso o las dimensiones del paquete exceden las permitidas por Correos el envío se haría por agencia de transportes, dejando a elección del cliente la agencia que desee. 

·                    A modo orientativo expresamos los gastos aproximados (su importe exacto depende del peso, del volúmen y del importe de cada envío) de los envíos nacionales por correo a reembolso: 

* Hasta 1 Kg. (envío como paquete) . . . . .  7 €uros

* Hasta 2 Kg. (envío como paquete) . .  . . .  8 €uros.

             ENVÍOS A OTROS PAÍSES   

·                    Los envíos serán normalmente por correo, una vez recibido el pago del pedido. El plazo de salida del pedido  será de 5 días desde la recepción del pago. 

·                    Los gastos de envío se incluirán siempre en el importe total del pedido.  El cliente deberá elegir si desea envío por correo aéreo o por superficie. 

·                    Forma de pago establecida: 

                   * Giro postal internacional   

                   * Giro internacional de otro tipo (por ejemplo Western Union) 

       No podemos admitir pagos por medio de transferencia, cheque o talón bancario.

                   Los gastos que puedan generar estos pagos serán siempre a cargo del cliente 
                   que los efectúe.

 SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN.

SHIPMENTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES.
